The application of impact, scholarship, best practice, and collaboration, is poetically transcribed throughout the work of Tracy L. Williams, her ability to connect academia, production with the real world, kaleidoscope conditions of culture and the terrain outside the academy - is a real gift.
Over the past 25 years, Williams has been responsible for fund management between $4.7 - $25 million dollars and has served on over ten board commissions and counsels due to her expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She has advised hundreds of C-suite leaders, through a DEI lens, on board composition, financials, and reporting on behalf of large, complex organizations, to include Greater Milwaukee Foundation, WK Kellogg Foundation, Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association, and American Family Insurance.
